(a) Details of the directive issued for the benefit of older Persons by your Dept.
* Separate queues for Sr. Citizens in the OPDs of hospital to avoid long waiting period
* Proper sitting arrangements .
(b) Details of the Procedure involved and adopted to avail the benefit as per directives of your Dept.
* Necessary guidelines issued to all concerned for prompt and special care to Sr. Citizens .
* Staff in different counters especially RAC , MSW etc. are specially instructed to help the Sr. Citizens .
